This submission deals with two separate but inter-related issues: (i) the critical need to plan for restoration of a rail freight link associated with the current and future potential development of Webb Dock and (ii) a broad vision and concept for integrated public transport (primarily rail-based) and land use planning in the overall Fishermans Bend development precinct.
